Terms & Conditions
We deliver to all areas within mainland Australia and Tasmania. We do not deliver internationally.
All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane, QLD warehouse and are delivered by Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please or Toll Ipec Road Transport.
For wholesale customers we charge a standard flat rate fee of $18.00+ per delivery under $500.00+GST and redelivery Australia Wide. Orders over $500.00+GST receive free shipping.
Orders will be delivered to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
All orders are dispatched within two business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been sent from our Brisbane warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number. You will be able to track your order online by clicking one of the links below and entering your tracking number online:
If you have not received your parcel or pickup notification from your store within ten working days of ordering, or your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07 3906 3900 between 8.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday AEST.
You may return any unworn, unwashed and unused merchandise that was purchased through www.cutterbuck.com.au within 30 days of the date of purchase. Embroidered items are excluded. Merchandise must include all tags and be in its original, saleable condition.
We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly replace items that were delivered to you in damaged or defective condition within 12 months of the date of purchase. We cover faulty workmanship or faulty materials. We do not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
